Recording the learner's handwriting process will promote the acquisition of Chinese handwriting and enhance the quality of Chinese handwriting teaching. Based on real-time handwriting information collection technology, this paper presents a framework of Chinese handwriting learning, evaluating and research system. The system can record the handwriting process of Chinese characters learners. It supports for learners to practice writing Chinese characters and for teachers to manage the whole class learning, including assignments and tests.
