As for other forms of products produced by this company, such as Gongsol and Fuji Seat. This product research at PT Tri Jaya Teknik Karawang will be carried out on one type of Piece Pivot product, because this product is the company's main product, whose regular demand every month is always there and the amount is uncertain. This company has waste in the production line, namely the existence of product defects and lead times. This study aims to determine the types of waste and what factors occur in the production of pivot pieces at PT. Tri Jaya Engineering Karawang. By using the Lean Manufacturing method which begins with creating a Value Stream Mapping (VSM) then performs an analysis using the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) method. It is known that in the production of pivot pieces there are 3 types of waste identified, namely waiting time, unnecessary waste of inventory, and product defects. 摘要
PT Tri Jaya Teknik Karawang是一家从事汽车零部件生产的制造公司,因为它的主要产品是枢轴片。至于本公司生产的其他形式的产品,如公松、富士座椅等。这次在PT Tri Jaya Teknik Karawang的产品研究将针对Piece Pivot的一款产品进行,因为这款产品是公司的主打产品,每月的固定需求一直存在,数量不确定。该公司在生产线上存在浪费,即存在产品缺陷和交货期。本研究旨在确定废物的类型和什么因素发生在PT.
