Based on the modeling technology of single crane and double cranes, the multi-closed chain among the lifted object and cranes is analyzed, and the corresponding mathematical model of multi-crane system is established. It is a statically indeterminate problem because there are more than 3 cranes to lift one object. So, deformation condition is introduced to change this problem into a statically determinate problem. The method is proposed to obtain the load of each crane according to deformation condition. 摘要

研究了多台履带式起重机的协同起重。基于单吊车和双吊车建模技术,分析了被吊物与吊车之间的多封闭链,建立了多吊车系统的数学模型。这是一个静态不确定问题,因为有3台以上的起重机吊起一个物体。因此,引入变形条件,将该问题转化为静定问题。提出了根据变形情况求得各起重机载荷的方法。通过实例分析和结果对比,验证了该方法对多台起重机吊装系统在被吊装物刚性较大时的力学分析具有较好的适用性。
