In this study, using qualitative research methods conducted by exploring descriptive phenomena that occur in the field or literature and facts in the field. As for research techniques by taking samples of subjects from people who are sources so as to get sources of information about the data needed by the author through interviews, documentation. This research provides the following conclusions First, the process of planning character planting through religious activities has been well coordinated where the planning of daily and annual activities is carried out by the school before the new school year begins. Planning is made together by involving a research and development team (R&D). The activities developed are made detailed with the person in charge and the coordinator of the activity.Second, the implementation of character education through religious activities at Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Surakarta High School is carried out through the cultivation of Islamic religious teachings through religious activities carried out, including reading pledges, praying before and after lessons, Qur'anic tilawah, dhuhur and Friday prayers, dhuha prayers, Qurbani training, Slaughter, Qurban Animal Distribution, kultum, mabit, whiteness, Zakat Distribution, Infaq, Shodaqoh etc. Third, control of character education cultivation through religious activities at Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Surakarta High School is monitored and carried out consistently through regular meetings of all teacher boards and policy makers, held once a week on Mondays after learning activities are completed as well as control for students is carried out continuously, and monitored through guidebooks / instruments such as digital point books, These points are not only in the form of violation or sanction points, but also student reward points that are sent to the parents of each student every day.","PeriodicalId":273604,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Al-Murabbi","volume":"54 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0000,"publicationDate":"2022-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":"0","resultStr":"{\"title\":\"Penanaman Pendidikan Karakter melalui Kegiatan Keagamaan di SMA Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Surakarta Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021\",\"authors\":\"P.
