Materials and Methods: One hundred fourty brackets were bonded to fourteen subjects (upper arch) receiving orthodontic treatments. Orthodontic brackets will placed on the casts with an adhesive. After bracket placement, Cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) scans of the casts  obtained .After bracket transfer another Cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) scans of the subjects obtained. The corresponding teeth on both models will then digitally superimposed. All data collected will be tabulated and statistically analyzed. 摘要

目的:利用锥形束计算机体层摄影技术测量两种间接粘接技术对支架转移的准确性。材料与方法:将140个托槽粘接在14名接受正畸治疗的受试者(上弓)上。用粘合剂将正畸托架固定在铸型上。支架放置后,对铸型进行锥形束计算机断层扫描(CBCT)。支架转移后,对受试者进行另一次锥形束计算机断层扫描(CBCT)。然后,两个模型上相应的牙齿将被数字叠加。所有收集到的数据将被制成表格并进行统计分析。结果:本研究所研究的间接粘接方法在规定的可接受范围内是准确可靠的,特别是对牙龈的方向偏倚。结论:真空形成技术在咬合牙龈方向上的准确性明显低于硅胶基技术。
