This article will address a non-linear dynamic model of a ball bearing with respect to bearing deformations and internal separation of the ball raceway. Relationships between bearing deformations and bearing shaft seating condition are derived based on compatibility condition and strain interaction, and relative motions between bearing components are analyzed under spherical separation conditions. Then, a method of predicting the initial values of the iteration is used to solve the dynamic model.
