Based on the transparent box model given in next generation of GPS, the calculation method of uncertainty in spatial straightness measurement is deduced. And the decision rule based on the compliance uncertainty is adopted to decide whether the axis can be accepted or not. 摘要

新一代几何产品规范(GPS)是技术标准和计量规范的基础。根据新一代GPS对测量中的不确定度进行估计,可以提高测量的可靠性。根据下一代GPS标准系统的要求,提出了一种空间直线度测量不确定度的估计方法。在下一代GPS透明盒模型的基础上,推导了空间直线度测量不确定度的计算方法。并采用基于柔度不确定性的决策规则来决定轴是否可以接受。实验表明,该方法可以保证验证结果的完整性,提高测量的可靠性。
