摘要:本研究的目的是分析PT. XYZ经销商网络中转帐担保交易的流程并寻找解决方案,并对担保交易流程提出改进建议。本研究采用定性方法和案例研究方法,从备件采购、保修索赔记录、索赔和交付保修过程以及对保修索赔的响应中获取数据。结果表明,PT. XYZ经销商网络保修流程的弱点集中在每个经销商的内部控制管理上。研究建议在保修过程的每个步骤中改进标准操作程序,特别是我们从中获取数据的那些类别。
