Knowledge-based decision making in virtual team environment
This work proposes a model of knowledge-based decision making for collaboration. Uncertainties in knowledge-based collaborative decision making are analyzed, and three types of uncertainties are identified: imprecise knowledge, dynamic team environment and conflict of system support.
