Something in the air: conditions that promote contact when meeting young people who have stories of early trauma and loss

"Abstract: The field conditions that support good and satisfying contact in a specific work setting are explored. The growth of an organisation dedicated to helping children with histories of severe adversity, and developing sophisticated interventions for them and their families is outlined. An analysis of the key factors is laid out using the framework of Parlett’s five factors that support creative adjustment in a global field.
