摘要

本文提出了一个评价最小区圆柱度误差的目标函数。采用遗传算法对误差模型进行优化。该数学模型可求出空间任意位置下圆柱度误差的最小区域解,测量点的选择无特殊要求。通过实验证明,用目标函数可以求得圆柱轴矢量和最小区圆柱度的最优逼近解。该方法也可推广到以圆柱轴为基准时的其它形式和位置误差的求解。
