The design method and process of CTFS based on the airworthiness compliance evidence link are then proposed. With \"compliance evidence link\" as the core, logical and traceable airworthiness compliance evidence is analysised. The model-based systems engineering (MBSE) method is used to realize the modeling of the process of constructing the compliance evidence link for CTFS. In order to improve the operability, taking the airworthiness requirement \"ground heading maneuverability\" as a typical case, the process of requirement analysis, design, and requirement confirmation of CTFS is demonstrated.
