The hydraulic scheme of the system is developed and the features of its operation are described. The designed system is based on the use of Peltier elements as the main source of cooling. In the future the features of their functioning will be taken into account that will be used to improve the efficiency of the designed system. The substantiation of the choice of the heat-conducting liquid used in the system is given. Some parameters of the main components of the system were determined experimentally. They will be taken into account when determining the list and number of modules used in the system.
