Implementação de ações para Primeira Infância em Limeira, São Paulo: Uma análise das políticas públicas

de política, articulação Abstract This article aims to describe and analyze the public policies focused on early childhood in the city of Limeira, inside the state of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Methodologically, this study was based on bibliographic research, accompanied by consultations and analysis of legislation, as well as semi-structured interviews with stakeholders related to the subject matter, seeking to understand the process of implementing actions and policies concerning early childhood in the last decade. The results show that the delay in regulation is an indicator of lack of political priority, in addition to the difficulty of articulating the implementation of the City Plan for Early Childhood, due to the low intersectionality and the absence of a diagnosis of the situation, constitute the main causes of inefficiency.
