摘要

对于中小电子企业生产外挂线路板,由于企业规模、订单要求等原因,中小电子企业通常采用人工目测外挂线路板进行检测。基于LabView软件的视觉开发模块,实现了对插入式电路板焊点缺陷的检测。根据实际生产的不同类型电路板,对焊点进行分类,然后提取有代表性的合格焊点,制作标准焊点模板,通过多个模板几何匹配与待测插件电路板图像进行匹配,实现焊点自动检测,检测精度为93%。
