This study aims to determine the relationship between workload and employee performance in the Filling Room for Medical Record Installation at Bhayangkara Hospital, Palembang. The population that became the unit of analysis in the study was employees in the installation of medical records at Bhayangkara Hospital in Palembang with a total sampling technique totaling 16 respondents. The type of research used is quantitative research using the correlation method through the Cross Sectional approach. The data analysis technique used is chi square with SPSS17.0 computer software tools. With the Ha hypothesis test there is a relationship between workload and performance in the filling room of the medical record installation of Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang and H0 there is no correlation between workload and employee performance in the filling room for medical record installation at Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang.
