Then we take an example to analyze and explain the model. 摘要

针对现有企业管理者绩效评价方法的不足,提出了一种基于未确知测度的评价方法。在评价过程中,对二流指标采用信息熵法确定其权重,对一流指标采用层次分析法确定其权重,实现了定量分析与定性分析相结合,得到了企业管理者绩效的未确知综合评价结果。然后通过实例对该模型进行了分析和说明。结果证明,计算过程更简单、识别精度更高的未确知测度模型适用于企业管理者绩效评价。
