Linearization mechanism of digital predistortion technology is an important factor on the signal transmission quality. This paper describes the different linear mechanisms of digital pre-distortion technology, respectively parameter estimating method, look-up table method and polynomial method. In addition, based on fuzzy decision method, the study of the linear mechanism was conducted for UHF power amplifiers.
