摘要

提出了一种基于改进自适应概率神经网络的磁共振脑分割方法。采用SOM (Self-Organizing Map)神经网络对输入的MR图像进行过度分割,并利用大的训练数据集生成参考向量进行概率分类。为了提高神经网络的训练质量,从图像像素的统计强度和梯度信息中提取特征集。该方法还结合改进粒子群算法(MPSO)对神经网络核函数的平滑参数进行优化,提高了神经网络的性能。实验结果证明了该方法的有效性和鲁棒性。
