摘要

本文提出了一种基于最优样条小波变换和改进的分层树集划分算法的高效编解码器。将所提出的编解码器与现有的基于多项式样条变换和图像压缩中常用的双正交B9/7编解码器进行了比较研究。采用峰值信噪比(PSNR)、结构相似度指数(SSIM)和编码时间进行评价。实验结果证明了所提编解码器的效率和速度。
