摘要

本课题旨在研究空心试样内径、有效长度、外径、圆角半径等尺寸对低碳钢(AISI 1020)扭转试验中屈服剪切应力的影响。选用L9正交阵列进行试验设计。采用那代法计算了扭转试验的三个输出参数:刚度模量、屈服剪应力和极限剪应力。采用田口法进行单目标优化。进一步利用灰色关联分析(GRA)对试样尺寸进行同步优化。当试件外径为12 mm,内径为3.8 mm,有效长度为16.0 mm,圆角半径为2.0 mm时,屈服剪应力最大。并对GRA结果进行了确认试验。
