摘要

提出了旋转车削的算术平均偏差(Ra)的计算方法。从切削面理论轮廓方程出发,给出了计算Ra的必要方程,并确定了工艺参数研究范围内的理论值。利用这些数据进行了切削实验,并测量了加工表面的粗糙度值。然后对算术平均偏差的实测值和计算值进行了对比分析。
