The Development of the Concept of Progress of Legislation in the Field of State and Municipal Procurement

The author believes that the creation of the concept of regula tion of state and municipal procurement in the Russian Federation is impossible without the formation of state legal policy in this area, which is of great practical importance, especially in connection with the ongoing mod ernization of existing regulations governing the procedure for conducting procurement procedures.
