This study uses the independent variable Career Plateau (X), and Job Satisfaction (Y). The data used in this study are primary data. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire method distributed to 150 employees of minimarket outlets in the city of Palembang with a purposive sampling method. While the analysis is done by processing data using SPSS 19.0 for windows. 摘要

公司做各种各样的事情来为员工提供工作满意度,其中之一就是公司的职业道路,但并不是所有的职位都能达到公司的职业道路,有几个职位经历职业板块。本研究旨在探讨巨港市小卖部员工职业高原对其工作满意度的影响。本研究使用自变量职业高原(X)和工作满意度(Y),本研究使用的数据为原始数据。本研究的数据收集采用问卷调查的方法,采用有目的的抽样方法,对巨港市的150名小市场网点的员工进行调查。而分析是通过使用SPSS 19.0 for windows处理数据完成的。本研究结果显示,自变量职业高原(X)对巨港市小卖部员工的工作满意度(Y)有影响。
