The Design and implementation of University Personnel Management System Based on the Knowledge Staff Perspective

University personnel management is an important part of university management. According to the theory of knowledge staff, this paper redefined the requirement of university personnel system, designed a scalable, adaptive system architecture and data model, and developed a register interface based on campus network to meet different demand of faculty, it's greatly enhanced working efficiency of university personnel management department. This is an important practiceand experiment of personnel management informatization, also has reference value to integrate information resources for universities.
