Selain itu, mereka selalu membelinya dengan merek tertentu. Energi yang digunakan terdiri dari gas dan arang yang tidak berbahaya bagi lingkungan. Kondisi tersebut diikuti dengan penggunaan tenaga kerja yang terampil dan peralatan yang efektif. Hal ini tentu saja mempengaruhi proses produksi seperti bahan baku yang efisien dan sisa bahan baku yang sedikit. Kondisi tersebut membuat produk pangan selalu segar dan sehat sehingga aman untuk dikonsumsi. Namun demikian, ada beberapa sampah yang mengeluarkan bau tidak sedap. Rekomendasinya, sampah makanan harus dikelola dengan baik seperti menyiapkan tempat sampah plastik yang mudah dijangkau. Selain itu, limbah cair harus ditampung untuk dijadikan pupuk. Abstract The existences of street vendors are very important for growing creative economics. They sell all kinds of commodities at rationale price. Nevertheless, in running the business, street vendors are also requested to maintain their business still green. This is a research of street vendors base on green business at Kampung Pelangi Semarang. Population of this research are 15 street vendors and 30 consumers at Kampung Pelangi. This research is census research due to the fact that all population are respondents. The data for this research are primary data gotten directly from street vendors and consumers. Data from street vendors consist of production factors, operational management and food products. Meanwhile, data from consumers are everything related to food products. Those data are obtained through questionnaire distributed to street vendors and consumers. Interview and observation are conducted to complete the answers of questionnaire. The result show that street vendors at Kampung pelangi have used environmentally friendly production factors. That was proven by purchasing raw material from permanent suppliers. A side from this, They always buy it with certain brand. Energy used compose of gas and charcoal which no danger to the environment. Those condition was followed by using the skilled labours and effective equipment. It of course affected production process such as efficient raw material and little raw material residual. The condition made the food product always fresh and health so that it is save to be consumed. Nevertheless, there is some rubbishes which out bad smell. The recommendation is that food waste should be managed properly such as preparing the plastic rubbish bin which is accessible.
