In this study, weather forecasts were made using a new Artificial Intelligence method called Knowledge Growing System. The Knowledge Growing System utilizes weather indication criteria as the basis of weather forecasts. Based on indicators that have been determined in this study, the A3S algorithm can be used to predict the occurrence according to the indicated indication with the accuracy of 70.86%. The best scenario of the study was able to forecast with an accuracy of 79%.
