In particular, community participation and affective support from other members foster community commitment. Our research also proposes the importance of non-economic satisfaction and effective trust. The Partial Least Squares technique is used to establish the structural model's predictive power. The research showed that Tuenti is an online environment in which community commitment is mainly strengthened via community participation and satisfaction.
