摘要

选取山东省各地级市作为研究对象，从资源环境的角度，建立相关绩效评价指标体系，运用因子分析法对山东省17个地级市的经济发展质量进行评价。结果表明，莱芜、东营和威海三市的综合得分较高，区域发展质量较好。
