摘要

本研究旨在研究以冲突家庭工作为中介的员工职业意义和状态对公司现场服务员工逗留意向的影响。本研究设计采用结构方程建模模型和Smartpls.40软件进行定量研究。数据收集技术采用问卷调查,中间采用Google Form,样本数量为124个。研究结果表明,职业意义对工作家庭冲突有负向影响且不显著,工作家庭冲突对居住意愿有正向影响且显著,工作条件对工作家庭冲突对公司现场服务员工有正向影响且显著。
