摘要

制造宽频带薄吸收涂层的困难在于在宽频带内同时满足两个条件:从涂层前缘自由空间落下来的波的轻微反射;且涂层内部有较强的吸波性。用数学方法分析了薄涂层合成过程中存在的问题。结果表明,在较宽的频带内,电感率的物理固体分布保证了较低的反射系数。
