This research is a qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data obtained were collected through observation, interview and documentation techniques. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨人力资源管理在提高教育质量中的作用。本研究提出的问题有:(1)人力资源管理在提高教育质量中的作用如何?(2)实施人力资源管理提高质量面临哪些障碍?(3)实施人力资源管理提高教育质量的因素有哪些?(4)教育质量如何?本研究采用定性描述方法进行定性研究。所获得的数据是通过观察、访谈和文献技术收集的。结果显示,该校的人力资源管理在质量改进、实施、支持因素和教育质量方面都处于最优状态
