The system uses Siemens S7-200SMART PLC as the master station. Design parameters and display data through the touch screen, and use DC motors and pneumatic circuits to achieve coordinated control of the punch and feeder. Through actual production verification, the system has high relocation accuracy and reliable operation, the efficiency increased by 40%.
