The crude various extracts of the plant n-Hexane, Chloroform, Ethyl acetate, Methanol extract was obtained by using continuous soxhlation tech-nique using soxhlet apparatus. The antibacterial activity of plant extract were carried using cup plate method against three bacterial species Staphylococcus aures, Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli using agar diffusion method. those are compared with standard reference drug Ciprofloxacin. This study confirmed that bark extracts have more active constituents compare to leaf extracts. by pharmacological evaluation of Ficus dalhousea Miq. 摘要

本研究的目的是从无花果叶片中分离出提取物,并对其抑菌和抗真菌活性进行评价。采用索氏装置连续草化技术,得到了该植物正己烷、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、甲醇的粗提物。采用杯盘法测定植物提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌活性。与标准参比药物环丙沙星进行比较。本研究证实树皮提取物比叶提取物具有更多的活性成分。通过对无花果的药理评价。各种提取物,大多数都能表现出适度的抗菌活性。
