There is positif relationship between development (X²) with good work perpormance (Y) withcorrelation coeficient ry² = 0,7112 and regression equation y= 33,15+0,65X² 3. 摘要

本研究的目的是分析棉兰Pardede国际酒店员工的工作绩效与员工安置与发展之间的关系。研究方法采用问卷调查法,调查对象共40人,按比例随机抽样进行选择。利用问卷收集变量的数据定位、开发和良好的工作绩效。本研究结果发现:1。就业(X¹)与良好工作绩效(Y)之间存在正相关关系,相关系数¹=0,6767,回归方程Y = 25,31 + 0,74 X¹2。发展(X²)与良好工作绩效(Y)之间存在正相关关系,相关系数为Y²= 0.7112,回归方程为Y = 33,15+ 0,65x²3。就业(X¹)与发展(X²)之间存在正相关关系,双相关系数为Ry 123 = 0.793,双回归方程为Y = 10,78 + 0,453 (X¹)+ 0,451 (X²)。根据该研究,研究人员可以得出这样的结论:对员工正确就业的关注可以提高员工的良好工作绩效。(合适的人在合适的地方)根据能力和技能与做员工的发展,培养员工的能力和创造的个性,能力,技能,创新,主动和纪律
