The effects of particle size of Laminaria japonica, the characteristics of ethanol solution (solvent volume, ethanol concentration and pH) and drying temperature on fucox yield were under investigation. The results showed that the maximal fucox amount, 252±13μg, could be produced from 1g powdered dry commercial Laminaria japonica under the conditions of pH5.3 (without adjustment), 20ml 80% ethanol solution and sequential 0.5h extraction for three times. 摘要

为了对海带加工废料中的岩藻黄质进行资源化利用,开发含岩藻黄质作为保健食品补充剂、动物饲料添加剂或候选药物的产品,本文采用了一种新的提取方法(乙醇溶液提取)。研究了海带粒径、乙醇溶液特性(溶剂体积、乙醇浓度和pH值)和干燥温度对褐藻氧化氢产率的影响。结果表明,在pH5.3(不调节)、80%乙醇溶液20ml、连续提取3次0.5h的条件下,1g商用海带干粉可得到最大fucox量,为252±13μg。此外,考虑热风干燥的影响和经济因素,60%乙醇溶液提取岩藻黄素,55℃干燥更为合适,55℃干燥岩藻黄素的最终回收率为69.5%。
