The results of the study show that the problems that occur during the online learning process by using Google Classroom as a learning tool, (1) the problems of teachers during online learning activities arise from the disturbance of the google classroom which often errors, quota constraints / inadequate signals, there are students who do not understand the material delivered online, the teacher cannot understand and recognize the character of the students because they do not know each other and there are students who do not participate in online learning activities. (2) the efforts of the teacher and the teacher's school to make it easier for students by not burdening them with heavy tasks, the school provides guidance for every student who has problems participating in online learning activities. 摘要

本研究旨在确定教师在使用谷歌课堂作为在线学习手段的X班历史科目在SMKN Pontianak的问题。本研究是一项采用案例研究方法的描述性定性研究。使用的数据收集技术是观察、访谈和记录。研究结果表明,在使用谷歌课堂作为学习工具的在线学习过程中出现的问题,(1)教师在在线学习活动中出现的问题是由于谷歌课堂经常出现错误、配额限制/信号不充分的干扰,有学生不理解在线提供的材料;教师无法理解和识别学生的性格,因为他们彼此不认识,也有学生不参与在线学习活动。(2)教师和教师所在学校的努力,使学生更容易,不负担繁重的任务,学校为每一个有问题的学生参与在线学习活动提供指导。此外,老师在每次提供的材料和作业中都提供了动力,通过whatsup小组让学生更积极地学习和阅读,老师努力通过谷歌课堂随时监控和记录所有学生是否参与学习活动,学生努力通过谷歌和YouTube以及书籍和其他来源从学习材料中找出自己不理解的地方。
