The far field angular beam scan using array of antennas relies on the geometrical description of the elements, where the visible region in polar or spherical coordinates depends on either one dimensional or two dimensional geometries. In this paper, we discuss some properties of one dimension uniform array of isotropic sensors, we present a detailed description of planar and conical ambiguities using wave vector projection.
