The unavailability of various blended learning materials and learning media for practical courses at the Karawitan Department of ISI Yogyakarta is a supporting factor for the importance of this research being conducted. The purpose of this study was to design a flipbook-based interactive e-module for Kajian Instrumen Kendang course. This study uses the theory of symbol systems, e-learning, and the classification of learning media. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) research because this research uses ADDIE principles, namely Analysis, Design, Development or Production, Implementation or Delivery, and Evaluate. Data collection was carried out using a literature study and discography which was then processed using a quantitative approach and the presentation was described using a qualitative approach. The results of this study include scientific articles and flipbook-based interactive e-modules.
