In this paper, the mechanical characteristics, such as mechanical stress and deformation of the tank under internal arc fault are simulated and analyzed by FEM method, and some technical measures, such as flexible oil tank, to reduce the probability of tank rupture are proposed. 摘要

换流变压器内部电气故障一般会引起高能电弧。内弧故障会导致动油压迅速升高,导致油罐破裂。泄漏温度高的油的泄漏可能引起火灾。换流变压器油箱的机械强度能否承受这种动油压,是决定是否发生火灾的决定性因素。本文采用有限元法模拟分析了内弧故障作用下油罐的机械应力和变形等力学特性,并提出了采用柔性油罐等技术措施来降低油罐破裂的概率。同时,提出了一种基于变压器油中电弧试验的换流变压器油箱机械强度验证试验方法。
