It is helpful for students to learn better about both the crystal and amorphous structures in Solid State Physics course by introducing the Matlab software for teaching aid tool. In this paper, Matlab software is applied to show the crystal cells and the microstructural models. Based on the 3D visualization technology, crystal cells and sectional drawings can rotate around X, Y and Z axes and be cut freely and be viewed from different perspectives. The teaching practice shows that this method can stimulate students' participation, increase interests in learning and finally improve the teaching effect. 摘要

随着教育的发展,计算机技术在现代教学中发挥着越来越重要的作用。介绍Matlab软件作为辅助教学工具,有助于学生更好地了解固态物理课程中的晶体和非晶态结构。本文采用Matlab软件对晶体单元和微观结构模型进行了显示。基于三维可视化技术,晶体单元和剖面图可以绕X、Y、Z轴旋转,可以自由切割,可以从不同角度观看。教学实践表明,该方法能激发学生的参与,提高学习兴趣,最终提高教学效果。新技术有助于学生探索材料的微观结构,提高计算机技术的应用和实践。
