Based on practical design procedure, the author come up with a new method to parameterize the PSHEB powertrain more effectively, in which the “motor/final drive” combination concept has been put forward after analyzing the “motor/final drive” reel-end characteristic (Torque/Power-Speed) and synthesizing the influence on the powertrain performance which comes with the parameters changing of “motor/final drive” system. This study contributes to finding more effective parametric design methods by bringing forward a set of demands for “motor/final drive”. 摘要

本研究试图解决插电式串联混合动力客车(PSHEB)参数匹配过程中不同动力系统参数之间的耦合影响,研究对象为目前正在研发的PSHEB(无变速箱)。在实际设计过程的基础上,通过分析“电机/终驱”轴端特性(转矩/功率-转速),综合“电机/终驱”系统参数变化对动力系统性能的影响,提出了一种更有效地参数化PSHEB动力系统的新方法,即“电机/终驱”组合概念。本研究提出了一套“电机/终驱”的需求,有助于寻找更有效的参数化设计方法。最后,建立了相应的Matlab/Simulink模型,并在中国客车暂态驱动循环(CBTDC)下运行,得到了良好的结果,证明了本研究的有效性。
