This happens because the existing information system has not facilitated and optimized the process of recording zakat in Indonesia by the Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS), Lembaga Amil Zakat (LAZ), and Unit Pengumpul Zakat (UPZ). This research focuses on designing the appearance and features of Sistem Informasi BAZNAS (SiMBA) which is currently the focus of the Komite Nasional Ekonomi dan Keuangan Syariah (KNEKS) in advancing zakat management in Indonesia. The Design Thinking approach is chosen because it is an approach that provides solutions to existing problems and is highly oriented towards user needs (Schallmo, 2018). 相比其潜力,在印度尼西亚实现的天课记录的数量仍然很小。发生这种情况是因为现有的信息系统没有促进和优化印度尼西亚的Badan Amil zakat Nasional (BAZNAS), Lembaga Amil zakat (LAZ)和Unit Pengumpul zakat (UPZ)记录天课的过程。本研究的重点是设计系统信息BAZNAS (SiMBA)的外观和功能,这是目前印尼国家经济委员会(KNEKS)在推进天课管理方面的重点。选择设计思维方法是因为它是一种为现有问题提供解决方案的方法,并且高度面向用户需求(Schallmo, 2018)。通过移情图和客户旅程图可视化方法,可用性测试场景测试方法,设计思维阶段的研究后系统可用性问卷(PSSUQ)调查方法,研究者可以为信息系统的用户界面提供最适合的建议,以满足用户的需求。
