This article discusses the model of student attendance recording that can become part of the campus academic information system. The technologies used in recording student attendance include face recognition technology through Computer Vision and Matlab. This study discusses the system module and the factors that affect the accuracy and performance of the system. This model can be the basis for developing student attendance systems at universities or other educational institutions.
