. 卫生领域的发展要求医院进行专业化管理。这就要求员工有良好的表现。本研究旨在确定管理知识、工作质量、生活承诺、满意度、绩效的影响。调查对象为RSU SIAGA MEDIKA PEMALANG的250名员工。本研究采用结构方程模型(SEM)问卷调查法,并借助AMOS软件进行数据分析。分析得出管理知识、工作质量、生活承诺、满意度和绩效影响员工绩效。工作满意度不能调节工作安排、工作量、工作设施和领导对员工绩效的影响。
