摘要

本文研究了偏转轭(线圈分离器)注射成型工艺的优化设计。采用试验设计和有限元分析相结合的方法对注射成型工艺进行了优化设计。采用了模具设计试验设计和工艺参数确定试验设计两种试验设计方法。对模具的流道系统和冷却通道的设计进行了有限元分析作为实验设计。为了确定最优工艺参数,对不同的工艺条件进行了实验,并设计了实验调度。
