The KJBT was selected as a candidate journal registered in the Korea Citation Index (KCI) in 2009 and was selected as a KCI-registered journal in 2016. The KJBT has published 796 articles, including 601 original articles and 144 case reports from the first issue to volume 31, number 2. The KJBT has continuously introduced new tools for improving journals but was assessed as having a high self-citation rate because of the characteristics of the journal. Nevertheless, it is necessary to increase the number of papers to improve the value of the KJBT. To accomplish this, continuous efforts of the editorial committee will be needed to provide better services to authors and readers and to promote journals. 《韩国输血杂志》(Korean Journal of Blood Transfusion，简称KJBT)是输血医学领域的代表性期刊，对国家血液事业和临床研究的发展做出了贡献。kbt于2009年被选定为韩国引文索引(KCI)候选期刊，并于2016年被选定为KCI注册期刊。从第一期到第31卷第2期，KJBT共发表了796篇文章，其中包括601篇原创文章和144篇病例报告。虽然KJBT不断推出新的期刊改进工具，但由于期刊的特点，被评价为自引率较高。然而，有必要增加论文的数量，以提高KJBT的价值。为了实现这一目标，编辑委员会将继续努力为作者和读者提供更好的服务，并促进期刊的发展。(韩国输血杂志2020;31:193-200)
