Through plentiful experiments and tests, it can be found that the soft-switch arc welding/cutting inverter power source based on digital control system operates well in various working situations. 摘要

根据弧焊/切割的基本特点,研究开发了软开关弧焊/切割逆变电源数字控制系统。分析了软开关弧焊/切割逆变电源的工作原理,给出了数字控制系统的硬件结构。然后根据相移实现原理设计了软件系统,给出了主程序的详细流程图和中断服务程序。通过大量的实验和测试,可以发现基于数字控制系统的软开关弧焊/切割逆变电源在各种工况下运行良好。因此,由于其有效性和稳健性,它被认为适用于弧焊/切割应用。
