摘要

本文研究了基于最大运动功率的视频摘要方法,通过背景建模和目标跟踪的方法获得感兴趣的事件。然后对这些事件进行时移和重组,并计算最大运动功率以获得最佳视频摘要长度,最终生成视频摘要。推导并验证了视频运动功率的计算公式,将视频汇总问题转化为计算原始视频最大运动功率的问题。该方法既能保持感兴趣的原始视频信息的完整性,又能使摘要视频的长度最小。
