Varia Usaha Beton Gresik yaitu aktivitas perawatan yang sesuai Standart Operation Procedure (SOP) akan tetapi aktivitas maintenance yang dilakukan tanpa memperhatikan waste pada kegiatan-kegiatan maintenance. Tujuan penelitian ini mampu mengetahui waste pada aktivitas perawatan dan meminimumkan waste dengan metode lean maintenance. Obyek penelitian yang diambil pada mesin belt weigher conveyor, bucket conveyor, mixer concrete, dan host mechine. Variabel penelitian ini adalah mengetahui aliran perawatan dengan mengurangi waste dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan. Pengumpulan data antara lain data kerusakan, data produksi, data kecacatan produk, dan data aktivitas perawatan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini didapatkan waste perbaikan mesin paving tipe QT-10 waste motion sebesar 532 menit, Waste process sebesar 45 menit dan Waste waiting sebesar 90 menit. Rekomendasi perbaikan pemberian informasi, pelatihan serta reward dan menempatkan supervasior lini produksi. \n \nKata Kunci: Lean Maintenance, Value Stream Maintenance Mapping, Reduce Waste, Equipment Effectiveness (E) , RCA (Root Cause Analysis). \n \nABSTRACT \nProblems faced by PT. 考虑到PT. Permasalahan yang dihadapi PT. Varia Usaha Beton Gresik yaitu aktivitas perawatan yang sesuai Standart Operation Procedure (SOP) akan tetapi aktivitas maintenance yang dilakukan tanpa memperhatikan waste pada kegiatan-kegiatan maintenance. Tujuan penelitian ini mampu mengetahui waste pada aktivitas perawatan dan meminimumkan waste dengan metode lean maintenance. Obyek penelitian yang diambil pada mesin belt weigher conveyor, bucket conveyor, mixer concrete, dan host mechine.
